Job summary

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required or equivalent.
• 2 years of barista experience.
• Able to communicate tasks with team and leadership.
• Able to perform math computations.
• Basic computer skills for operation applications.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and follow procedures for securing funds.
• Communicate store needs to the Assistant Store Team Lead and/or Store Team Lead.
• Maintain scheduling with a minimum 30 hours availability and communicate needs to supervisor.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members in the moment.
• Enforce company policies and ensure guest hospitality.
• Support management with shift planning and deployment.
