Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant. You will lead by example, work alongside the team, and ensure a standout guest experience on every shift.

Responsibilities include supervising a range of roles, coaching crew members, and helping train new hires while maintaining brand standards and safety. Growth opportunities exist as leaders advance to higher management roles.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Customer service mindset with ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Comfort with basic math and operating POS systems.

• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room roles as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience.

• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
