Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Clarksville, TN to run daily operations, lead the team on each shift, and ensure top-notch guest experiences. You'll work side-by-side with crew, coach teammates, and keep the kitchen and dining area clean and efficient.

The role starts at $19.00/hour plus tips and bonus potential. Candidates with 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style will thrive in our fast-paced environment and have real growth

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communications skills and a team-first mindset.
• Hands-on leader who acts by doing, not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make fast, accurate decisions in a busy setting.
• Basic math and comfortable using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position and support crew across roles.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Train new team members and foster a positive culture.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
