Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Tarentum, PA to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll work side-by-side with your team, stepping into cashier, grill, prep, fries, or dining room roles as needed.

You’ll mentor crew members, train new hires, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a busy kitchen environment with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills with a team-first mindset.
• Leads by doing, not just directing.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced env.
• Basic math and comfort with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management is not on site.
• Fill in any role across the team to ensure service
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction on every shift.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
