Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a Shift Leader in Albuquerque to spearhead shifts, step in for absent managers, and run operations hands-on across multiple stations. You’ll lead by example, support teammates, and ensure guests leave satisfied with fast, accurate service.

The role requires 1–2 years in food service/retail, a team-first mindset, and composure under pressure. Growth opportunities and a dynamic kitchen environment await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Fill roles across cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure a great guest experience.
• Coach and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Train new team members and foster a positive culture.
• Maintain clean, safe, on-brand standards and manage shift tasks.
