Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in Torrance, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations on the floor and set the tempo for each shift. You’ll lead by example, work beside teammates, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

The role covers stepping into any position—cashier, grill, prep, dining room—delivering fast and accurate service, coaching crew, and training new staff while upholding brand standards in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership experience.

What We’re Looking For
