Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and mentor crew members on a fast-paced team. You’ll lead by example, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure guests have a standout experience on every visit.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
