Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll lead by example, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You’ll jump into every station—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small. You’ll coach crew members, help train new hires, and uphold brand standards while keeping the kitchen clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in restaurant, retail, or hospitality (leadership preferred).
• Team-first mindset with strong communicationskills.
• Leads by doing—not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations on-site.
