As the shift lead, you will be the main point of contact for the store during the shift. You will be the first to resolve issues above a team members head and willing to lend a helping hand where necessary in shift. You will be responsible for leading your shift and overseeing team members while ensuring a pleasing customer experience while in the store.Supervise team member while delegating tasks and duties to be accomplished during shiftMaintain speed and quality of service for customer satisfaction by moving employees around to best assist the store (example: making/dipping product for purchase VS serving product to customers)Respond to in person praise and complaints reasonablyTrain new employees and work with existing employees to ensure ongoing improvement for everyoneProvide excellent customer service through example and evaluation of team members service levelAssist team members triaging tasks by level of importance (example: refilling half full soap dispenser that is not urgently needed or refill empty toppings or ice creams in the front room to increase sales/customer experience)Help Assistant manager/owners by being diligent with inventory management and quality control to ensure we have products for sale and the items for sale are of premium quality.
