Job summary

Felipe's Taqueria in New Orleans, LA is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to oversee the Heladería dessert station and mentor team members while delivering outstanding guest service. You will work closely with Restaurant Managers to ensure quality, cleanliness, and fast, accurate dessert preparation, plus assist with inventory, safety, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dessert station.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily pars.
• Support the Manager on Duty with daily operations.
• Step in wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role

At Felipe's, our Shift Leads oversee the Heladería (dessert station) while helping create an exceptional guest experience. You'll lead by example, coach team members, maintain high standards for quality and cleanliness, and ensure every dessert is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently.

You'll work closely with the Restaurant Managers and General Manager to support daily operations and help your team succeed.

Shift Availability

• Full-time position
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Weekend availability required
