Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Michigan is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced bakery team during each shift. You will oversee mixers and bakers, operate kitchen equipment, and assist with dough, decorating cookies, storage, and cleanliness.

You will help ensure quality standards and contribute to a positive customer experience while coordinating with the General Manager and other shifts. No prior baking experience is required, but leadership ability and a strong work ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older for the Shift Lead position.
• Reliable, accountable and hardworking.
• Able to direct and lead a team.
• Willing to grow with the company.
• Previous leading/supervising people a plus.
• Experience in baking is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of mixers and bakers.
• Operate kitchen equipment (oven, mixer, etc.).
• Make dough, ball dough, frosting and decorate cookies.
• Maintain proper storage of food products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
• Ensure quality standards are met.

The Shift Lead role will be responsible for leading a shift of mixers and bakers. No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading your team who is:

• Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
• Maintaining proper storage of food products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility

Ensuring quality standards are met

Communicating with General Manager and other shifts

Creating a positive customer experience

Must be 18 years or older for the Shfit Lead position.
