Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a motivated shift leader in Naperville, IL to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts and ensure outstanding service. You will supervise staff, create shift schedules, manage cash handling, and report issues to the manager.

You will coach team members, monitor performance, enforce health and safety standards, and uphold Crumbl's CREW values. The role requires prior food service or retail leadership experience and ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Previous food service or retail leadership experience
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within designated timeframe)
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting issues to management during shifts.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards.
• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Opening and closing registers, accounting for daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
