Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is looking for a proactive Shift Lead for our Michigan location to supervise a team of mixers and bakers in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. You will help drive smooth operations, ensure product quality, and create a positive customer experience that reflects Crumbl’s standard of excellence.

No prior baker experience is required, but leadership, reliability, organization, and the ability to train and direct others are essential.

• Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.

• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Communicating with General Manager and other shifts
• Creating a positive customer experience

The Shift Lead role will be responsible for leading a shift of mixers and bakers. No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!
