Shift Lead – Walgreens

Base pay: $17.00/hr – $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Open and close store, including system start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stockroom readiness.
• Process product returns, void orders, issue customer refunds, and provide change at cash registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and modeling best practices.
• Assist in inventory management, pricing updates, and stock rotation following policies.
• Perform cash counts, bookkeeping, and other routine operational tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison between team members and management, communicate assignments, and report issues.
• Support pharmacy window as requested.

Basic Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Valid pharmacy license or PTCB certification, if required.
