Base pay: $17.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Responsibilities
Open and close store, including system start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stockroom readiness.
Process product returns, void orders, issue customer refunds, and provide change at cash registers.
Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and modeling best practices.
Assist in inventory management, pricing updates, and stock rotation following policies.
Perform cash counts, bookkeeping, and other routine operational tasks.
Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Serve as liaison between team members and management, communicate assignments, and report issues.
Support pharmacy window as requested.
Basic Qualifications
