Base Pay

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready.
• Handle product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and sharing best practices.
• Assist with vendor and warehouse processes, including opening the backdoor for deliveries, coaching team members, and reviewing order exceptions.
• Record all sales and related items on the cash register, including scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and basic department pricing, ensuring proper signage and compliance with local regulations.
• Support bookkeeping activities, interior and exterior maintenance, and compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Communicate tasks to team members when management is absent, report disciplinary issues and customer complaints, and complete special assignments as assigned.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Obtain and maintain valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
