Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Highland Springs, VA is seeking a Shift Lead who can motivate a fast-paced crew, ensure smooth operations, and deliver top-quality service to customers. You’ll train teammates, uphold cleanliness, and create a positive, pizza-loving environment on your shift.

The position is part-time with pay starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips; compensation depends on experience and performance. Benefits include an employee discount and access to Earned Wage Access for immediate pay.

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

• At least 6 months experience in specific industry

Pay is hourly starting at $15.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Responsibilities of a Shift Lead:

• Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
