Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team, delight customers, and elevate the pizza experience. This part-time role offers hourly pay with tips, and you will lead operations, train staff, and ensure smooth service during your shift.

The position emphasizes a positive attitude, strong communication, and a commitment to high food-safety standards, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. 18+ and 6 months of industry experience required.

Pay is hourly starting at $15.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Responsibilities of a Shift Lead:

• Inspire and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service.
• Keep operations running smoothly during your shift.

• Assist with large order prep, delivery, set up, andsales at off-site locations.
• Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• A positive attitude and a passion for pizza!
• At least 18 years of age or older
• At lease6 months experience in specific industry
• Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
