Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced, customer-focused crew. You will lead, teach, and motivate the team while ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.

The role involves training staff, maintaining food safety standards, handling orders and payments, and supporting large orders and off-site activities. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with a strong emphasis on accountability and teamwork.

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry.
• A positive attitude and a passion for pizza.
• At least 18 years of age or older.

Pay is hourly starting at $15.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

• At lease6 months experience in specific industry
• Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
