Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team and ensure exceptional customer service. You will motivate staff, manage shift operations, and uphold food safety standards while delivering delicious experiences for guests.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a part-time position with hourly pay and tips, reflecting experience and performance.

Calling all pizza enthusiasts! As a Shift Lead at Marco's Pizza, you'll be at the forefront of our delicious revolution. Lead your team, delight our customers, and elevate the pizza experience to new heights.

Pay is hourly starting at $15.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Responsibilities of a Shift Lead:

• A positive attitude and a passion for pizza!
• At least 18 years of age or older
• At lease6 months experience in specific industry
• Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
