Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will train staff, uphold cleanliness and food safety, handle orders, and assist with large or off-site events while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership experience in a food setting, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $15/hr with tips.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• At least 18 years of age or older
• At least 6 months experience in specific industry
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Pay is hourly starting at $15.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Pay: Starting at $15per hour plus tip share
