Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Okemos, MI is seeking an Inside Team Member to provide friendly, efficient service, take accurate orders, and help prepare high-quality pizzas for our guests. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and assist with in-store operations to ensure a great experience.

We value energy, reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude. This part-time role requires weekend/evening availability and a willingness to jump in where needed to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh dough and ingredients for pizzas.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Execute orders accurately, including special requests.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support team members to ensure a great guest experience.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
