Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a dependable Shift Lead (1st and 2nd shift) for a 100% onsite manufacturing facility in Georgetown, KY. This full-time, direct-hire position requires leading a team, ensuring timely production, and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will coach team members, identify training needs, and support employee development while working overtime as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in manufacturing, leadership

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a 1st and 2nd Shift Lead (manufacturing)! This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% onsite in a manufacturing facility in Georgetown, KY.

We are seeking a dependable, safety- and team-oriented Shift Lead to join the team. In this role, the Shift Lead will ensure production occurs on a timely basis, following all safety procedure, taking a pro-active teamwork approach, and focusing on coordinating assigned product handling and production functions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure production occurs on a timely basis.
• Lead by example and coach team members to maintain a safe, compliant, and incident-free workplace.
• Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to team members to drive engagement and performance.

Requirements:

• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed, to support operations.

Details:

• This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% onsite in a manufacturing facility in Georgetown, KY.
• Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift
• Must be able to work overtime/weekends, as needed.
• Pay: $25-$28/hour based on experience.
• This is a W-2 position. No B2C/C2C. No Sponsorship.
