Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a dependable Shift Lead (1st and 2nd shift) for a 100% onsite manufacturing facility in Georgetown, KY. This full-time, direct-hire position requires leading a team, ensuring timely production, and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will coach team members, identify training needs, and support employee development while working overtime as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in manufacturing, leadership

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Leadership/Team management experience required.
• Strong understanding of Safety, Health, Environment & Security standards.
• Solid mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting.
• Effective communication with team members and leadership.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.

• Ensure production occurs on a timely basis.
• Lead by example and coach team members to maintain a safe, compliant, and incident-free workplace.
