Malone Staffing Solutions in Georgetown, KY seeks a Production Team Member to join a global manufacturer and supplier. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating entry-level equipment, aiding setup, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Requires High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, pass drug screen and background check, and adherence to PPE and safety practices. This is a full-time hourly role with first and third shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have PPE available, including steel-toe shoes.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate entry-level production equipment and machinery in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Assist with machine setup, basic adjustments, and routine operation to support continuous production flow.
• Perform general labor tasks including staging materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting multiple departments as needed.
• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 45 lbs while maintaining proper safety and ergonomic practices.
• Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet company specifications and report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Prepare, package, label, and stage products for shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to workplace guidelines.
• Accurately complete basic production or shipping documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
• Support team operations by working collaboratively and assisting in other areas when needed.
