Job summary

Dog Haus Biergarten in Columbus, OH, is seeking motivated Shift Leads to help guide our fast-paced, high-energy restaurant team. You will support both front-of-house and kitchen operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant leadership experience, enjoy coaching teammates, and stay calm under pressure during busy shifts. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered, along with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, organized, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification (PIC level 1) preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Shift Leads play a key role in daily operations by supporting both front-of-house and kitchen teams while helping ensure an outstanding guest experience.

This position is ideal for someone with previous restaurant leader experience who enjoys leading by example, coaching team members, and staying calm under pressure during busy shifts.
