Dog Haus Bella Terra in Huntington Beach is seeking a fun, energetic bartender/cashier with at least one year of bartending experience and a passion for craft cocktails and beer. You will deliver genuine hospitality, follow brand recipes, cashier, and support running food in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, able to upsell, and eager to create an extraordinary guest experience through knowledgeable drinks and teamwork with the staff.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience of at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer styles, and general beverage service.
• Ability to upsell and provide friendly service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver genuine hospitality while you efficiently craft every drink to perfection and serve guests responsibly.
• Follows all Dog Haus recipes, procedures, and policies
• Be fanatical in mixing liquor, beer and wine cocktails (Bartenders should have at least 1 year of bar experience and cocktail making)
• Cashiering, expo and running food
• Comprehensive Knowledge and understanding of different Beer Styles
• Demonstrates professionalism and possess leadership skills
• Able to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of Teamwork
• Able to communicate properly with teammates and managers
• Has salesmanship skills and able to upsell products
• Guide our guests through our food and beverage menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all our food and beverage items
• Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing to our guests
• Able to Engage with our guests and create relationships, creating a lively and fun atmosphere!

Dog Haus creates hand-crafted all beef hot dogs and sausages with no added nitrates, 100% Black Angus beef burgers and unique fried chicken creations, all of which are made with hormone- and antibiotic-free meat and served on King's Hawaiian rolls, and all of which have garnered critical acclaim and national attention. To chase it down, guests can select great craft beers from a tap list emphasizing local favorites or a signature cocktail, and they can finish their meals on a sweet note with premium shakes or soft-serve ice cream. Open for lunch and dinner daily, guests can choose from signature, one-of-kind Haus creations or customize their own from a wide array of unique toppings.
