Job summary

Taco Bell franchise location in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, ensuring Team Members complete duties, and serving safe, quality food with a friendly attitude. You help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming for customers and a safe place for staff.

You will follow cash handling, security, inventory and labor policies, address customer concerns promptly and with a smile, and communicate openly with the management team.

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
