URBANE CAFE in California is seeking an Amazing Shift Leader to set the tone, lead by example and make every guest feel at home. You will greet guests, supervise service and keep operations running smoothly. This role requires excellent communication, basic math skills, and the ability to manage breaks fairly.

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in service and food, generally involving at least one year of front-of-the house operations leadership
• Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
