Job summary

URBANE CAFE in Southern California seeks a capable shift supervisor to lead daily operations, uphold our standards, and inspire the team. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive sales, manage costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus
• Experience in service and food, generally involving at least three years of front-of-thehouse operations and/or assistant management positions
• Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week
