• Proficiency in hematology and chemistry testing; strong instrument troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management in a fast-paced lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform and validate hematology and chemistry testing following QA guidelines.
• Prepare reagents, manage test materials, and control inventory to minimize waste.
• Communicate shift changes and issues to the next team to ensure patient care continuity.
• Assist with adherence to accreditation requirements (CAP, TJC, OSHA) and procedures updates.
