Job summary

Atria Senior Living – Tinton Falls is hiring for an LPN/LVN to support aging adults in their homes within a community setting. You will provide mobility and daily living assistance, help schedule caregivers, and supervise the medication program, while maintaining strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and physicians.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in good standing and follows a structured, compassionate care model with on-the-job training and pathways for career

Qualifications

• Must be Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• State-issued nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with mobility needs and daily living activities.
• Assist in scheduling of caregivers and supervising of medication program.
• Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents and their families and physicians.
• Solve problems and demonstrate ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team.
