Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Temecula community. The role focuses on assisting residents with mobility and daily living tasks, coordinating caregiver scheduling, and supervising medication programs.

The candidate must hold a current LVN/LPN license in good standing and demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• State-issued nurse license required.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with mobility and daily living activities (housekeeping, bathing, grooming, personal tasks).
• Assist in scheduling of caregivers and supervising medication program.
• Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team.
• Receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement.
