Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Levittown is seeking a licensed LPN/LVN to enhance the lives of older adults through mobility and daily living support, scheduling caregivers, and supervising medication programs.

Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing is required. The role involves strong resident, family, and physician communication in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• State-issued nurse license required.
• Experience in elder care or long-term care settings is beneficial.
• Ability to coordinate caregivers and supervise medication programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with mobility and daily living activities (bathing, grooming, housekeeping).
• Schedule caregivers and supervise medication administration.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.

Responsibilities

What you will do as an LPN/LVN

• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting themwith mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks
• Assist in scheduling of caregivers and supervising of medication program
• Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents and their families and physicians
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team
• Receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must be Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $35.00/hr - $42.00/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
