Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support residents with daily living activities and mobility, while coordinating care with families and physicians.

You will supervise medication administration, schedule caregivers, and ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care in a supportive team environment. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' daily living activities, including mobility, housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and personal tasks.
• Assist in scheduling caregivers and supervising the medication program.
• Act as liaison with residents, families, and physicians to maintain positive relations.
• Solve problems and uphold ethical standards in partnership with community leaders and the team.
• Receive on-the-job training with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in good standing.
