Job summary

Atria Park - Park of Glen Ellyn is seeking an LPN/LVN to enhance the lives of older adults through mobility assistance and daily living activities at our community in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. You will supervise medication programs and collaborate with families and physicians to ensure quality care.

Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse credentials in good standing are required, with full-time on-site work and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• State-issued nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting mobility needs and daily living activities (e.g., housekeeping, bathing, grooming).
• Assist in scheduling caregivers and supervising medication program.
• Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team.
• Receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must be Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
