Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Captain to supervise Emergency Response Officers on a rolling shift at a restricted Indiana site. You will manage hazardous materials responses, fire prevention activities, and incident coordination with outside agencies.

A valid Indiana Firefighter II cert and Hazmat Ops certification are required, with EMT/EMR support paths available. Ideal candidates display strong customer service, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varied conditions while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet driving standards
• Background check and drug screening required
• Maintain active licenses as required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills for wireless client-site tech

Responsibilities

• Oversee Emergency Response Officers on shift
• Lead response to hazardous materials and rescue incidents
• Supervise fire prevention and suppression activities on site
