Qualifications

• Current Firefighter II certification (State of Indiana).
• Hazmat Operations Level certification; proficient in confined space and high-angle rescue.
• Current EMT or EMR certification.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Able to work 24/48 Kelly Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Contractor Security and Emergency Response Officers on shift.
• Initiate Incident Command at scenes and act as Incident Commander in Captain's absence.
• Provide supervision of security personnel and plant security program, including access control and patrols.
• Enforce Plant Employee and Non-Employee rules and regulations; support Homeland Security Facility Security Plan.
• Investigate incidents, complete accident/security reports, and maintain logs.
• Coordinate emergency response, fire prevention, and maintenance tasks (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, inspections).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Account Manager, Captain, or Security Manager.
