Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Captain at a high-security site in Indiana to lead Emergency Response Officers, coordinate fire prevention and suppression, and direct incident response for hazardous materials and rescue operations. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and adherence to NFPA and state regulations.

The position follows a 24 on/48 off schedule with certifications required: Firefighter II (Indiana), Hazmat Ops, and EMT/EMR eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• For driving positions, 18+ and valid driver’s license; must meet driving standards.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Maintain required licenses; keep them active.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must have training in incident command or NIMS; able to obtain TWIC if required.

Responsibilities
