Via is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee Breeze Plus operations in Sarasota, FL. This shift-based, in-person role involves supervising drivers, training staff, supporting riders, de-escalating conflicts, and managing incidents.

Occasional evenings and Saturdays required; you may also serve as an Operator when needed, leading by example and delivering excellent customer service for our riders. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation services or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• 25+ years old and holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate wheelchair-accessible vehicle safely and assist passengers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct driver evaluations and provide coaching.
• Develop and implement training programs for drivers.
• Handle customer service issues to promote rider satisfaction.
• Prioritize operational issues as the real-time point of contact.
• Respond to accidents/incidents and manage protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to scale processes.
• Safely operate lift-equipped vehicles for passengers.
• Learn basic Via operations and safety procedures.
• Perform routine vehicle operations and inspections.
