Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation services or similar industry.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations for Breeze Plus and supervise driver performance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing drivers.
• Handle customer service issues to promote rider satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team to scale operational processes and tools.
• Perform routine vehicle operations and pre/post-shift inspections.
