Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Recovery Support Staff.
• Supervise staff and clients; conduct attendance reviews.
• Ensure facility safety, security, and compliance with policies.
• Document room/bed checks and facility checks.
• Schedule drills and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff meetings and provide coaching.
• Maintain logs, charts, and reports in the EHR.
• Provide on-call support and shift coverage as needed.
