Responsibilities

• Assist on starting up and shutting down of the extrusion line and adjust settings as needed in coordination with the shift leader.
• Monitor quality and perform time-sensitive quality checks; ensure extrusion line has correct raw materials.
• Calibrate and test equipment at each shift; adjust pressure, speed and temperature to maintain peak operation.
• Communicate equipment problems and maintain cleaning and maintenance on a regular basis.
• Comply with safety guidelines and maintain orderly and clean work area.
