Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to measure product thickness precisely.
• Comfortable using calipers and basic precision tools.
• Ability to enter data on computers or touchscreens.
• Punctual, reliable, and ready for shift work.
• Coachable and eager to help teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion lines (up to 3”) and winding equipment.
• Control heat zones and program inkjet product codes.
• Maintain equipment per specs and safety standards.
• Perform caliper-based measurements for quality checks.
• Ensure 100% traceability by matching labels to Traveler records.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO during setup.
• Package final product and palletize as required.
• Mentor extrusion Assistants to hit production targets.
