Formación

• 2+ years warehousing experience.
• Previous Lead experience.
• Ability to lead others in a positive work environment.
• Ability to overcome problems and obstacles to meet timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English - read, write and communicate.
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Adheres to safety procedures and safe work practices.

Responsabilidades

• KPI-Driven Leadership: Gather, analyze, and apply KPIs to guide team performance and improve processes.
• Effective Communication: Lead shift handovers and keep stakeholders aligned on goals.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise shipping, receiving, and sorting to meet throughput targets.
• Workforce Optimization: Assign tasks and adjust labor deployment in real time.
• Training & Development: Onboard new associates and provide ongoing safety and skills training.
• Performance Coaching: Conduct evaluations and coach for productivity and quality improvements.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues using KPI data and root cause analysis.
• Safety Leadership: Monitor safety and enforce protocols to address hazards.
• Automation Coordination: Coordinate daily operations in the automated environment with AGVs/AMRs.
