Altium Packaging is seeking a DC Lead for our Phoenix distribution center. The role will provide direction to employees, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement to improve throughput and reduce downtime.

You will champion safety, oversee change management, and mentor staff while partnering with the Logistics Manager. Strong communication and analytical skills, plus proficiency in Word and Excel, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction and support to employees within the DC while enforcing SOPs and policies.
• Act as a Change Agent; oversee change management and training.
• Ensure policy compliance and integrity in dealings with staff and data.
• Drive retention by boosting morale and employee engagement.
• Champion a safety culture and maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Lead safety improvements and correct unsafe conditions.
• Communicate job orders and specs to employees.
• Lead process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Provide feedback to Logistics Manager on performance.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
