Job summary

Atlas Copco's National Tank & Equipment (NTE) in Pasadena, TX seeks a SHEQ & Sustainability Manager to lead the integration of safety, environment, quality, and sustainability across the organization. You will establish safety systems, drive a zero-incident culture, and develop a first-time sustainability roadmap aligned with Group goals, including carbon reporting and targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety, or related field.
• 8+ years of SHEQ and Sustainability leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SHEQ programs and Sustainability reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of National Tank & Equipment into Atlas Copco's SHEQ and Sustainability culture.
• Implement Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) standards across operations and maintain ISO 45001/14001/9001 alignments.
• Develop sustainability roadmap, carbon footprint reporting, and Science Based Targets metrics.
• Partner with Operations, Services and Sales & Marketing to advance SHEQ and Sustainability goals.
