Job summary

National Tank & Equipment in Pasadena, TX, seeks a Senior SHEQ & Sustainability Manager to drive integration into the Atlas Copco SHEQ culture. This on-site role requires up to 40% travel and focuses on implementing modern safety systems and a robust sustainability strategy.

You will lead ISO 45001/14001/9001 initiatives, develop carbon footprint reporting, and partner with Operations, Services and Sales to embed safety, accountability, and sustainable practices across daily operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of SHEQ and/or Sustainability leadership experience.
Proven experience implementing SHEQ programs and Sustainability reporting systems within complex operational environments.
Experience leading change and driving adoption of new ways of working, preferably in acquisition, integration, or transformation settings.
Knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

Lead integration of National Tank & Equipment into Atlas Copco's SHEQ and Sustainability culture.
Develop and implement ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 aligned risk management and safety systems.
Drive a sustainability roadmap including carbon footprint reporting and Science Based Targets metrics.
Partner with Operations, Services and Sales to embed safety and sustainability in daily operations.
Represent the company in audits, internal forums and external networks.
