Job summary

The role emphasizes leadership across multiple teams and locations, an engineering-based education, and certification to ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years related experience, preferably in a sales/service organization.
• Min 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with quality systems and leading ISO audits.
• Experience leading SHEQ initiatives across multiples teams and locations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/engineering discipline.
• Certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and 45001:2018.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization through strong leadership and employee engagement.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system.
• Lead ISO audits to measure and adhere to QMS standards and ensure certification.
• Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, root cause, and implement corrective actions as needed within the CPAR program.
• Manage the QHSE team.
