Job summary

Ecolab in Garland, TX seeks a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead safety culture across three facilities. You will drive compliance, incident investigations, audits, and training to eliminate injuries and emissions, partnering with SHE teams to share best practices.

The role emphasizes TPM and operational excellence to improve key metrics, with a focus on regulatory adherence, facility safety contingencies, and development of safety SOPs and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in safety, engineering, environmental or related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience leading EHS in a manufacturing facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership and training skills.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead site vision and strategy as a Leadership Team member.
• Ensure compliance with SHE regulations and provide guidance to leaders.
• Coach on safety leadership and behavioral-based safety processes.
• Develop and implement SHE systems and training, incident investigations, audits and observations.
• Represent the plant in external SHE audits and communicate findings and actions.
• Develop SOPs for major regulatory programs and safety contingency plans.
• Monitor new regulations and share impact.
• Track and communicate leading and lagging KPIs.
• Implement systems to reduce waste and improve conservation.
• Lead emergency response and TPM SHE Pillar activities.
