Job summary

With seven years in related roles and leadership experience, you will integrate QHSE into operations, manage multi-site SHEQ programs, and partner with leadership to sustain safe, high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years related experience, preferably within a sales and service organization.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with quality systems and leading ISO audits.
• Experience leading SHEQ initiatives across multiple teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization through strong leadership and employee engagement.
• Foster collaborative relationships within the leadership team to ensure QHSE standards are integrated into business operations and decision-making.
• Implement proactive measures to reduce workplace accidents, injuries, and health-related issues, and track safety incidents, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system.
• Lead ISO audits to measure and adhere to QMS standards and ensure certification.
• Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, root cause, and implement corrective actions as needed within the CPAR program.
• Manage the QHSE team.
